Section 1 of the ordinance is formal.

3. By ection 2 of the ordinance the sum of Fine Million

eighty-one thousand two hundred and nine Dollars is charged

on Revenue and other funds of the Colony for the service of

the year 1916, to be expended in manner shewn in the pebbe

Immediately-following; the Section.

4. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency

the Governor may properly assent and in the name of His Majesty

and on His behalf.
